100K CAMPAIGN
Our communities are diverse and vibrant, but access to quality behavioral healthcare remains a gap that disproportionately affects underrepresented populations. At Behavior Genius, we believe that every child and family deserves the opportunity to thrive. Our mission—“closing the gap in access to quality behavioral healthcare”—guides us to meet the unique needs of every individual, regardless of their background.

Through our 100K Campaign, we aim to expand services, break systemic barriers, and create equitable opportunities for children and families by implementing our D.I.V.E initiative (Diversity, Inclusion, Visibility, and Equity). This initiative lays the foundation for how we build and train our staff, collaborate with community organizations, and serve families. By uniting two strong organizations—Behavior Genius and Bay ABA—we ensure our approach to care is not just about customer service but about community service—empowering families, fostering inclusion, and creating lasting change.
